At Scoda Sports Academy (SSA), acceptance of a roster spot represents a **full seasonal commitment**. Refunds are issued only under specific circumstances, ensuring fairness and operational stability.

Competitive & Travel Programs

Acceptance of a roster spot constitutes a full seasonal commitment.
Refunds are issued only for:
- Family relocation
- Documented medical condition
Approved refunds are prorated and subject to a 5% processing fee.

Recreational, Camps & Clinics

Refund requests must be submitted at least 14 days prior to program start.
Approved refunds are subject to a 5% processing fee.
No refunds issued after the program has begun.
